Does the 15-day risk-free trial period come at absolutely no cost?

Yes, it's entirely complimentary. This trial period provides an opportunity to assess the code quality, communication, adherence to deadlines, Agile software development process, and other aspects of the trial resource hired.
Should the work meet your expectations, you have the option to proceed with the engagement. In the event that the output falls short of desired standards, we'll assign another resource whose skills align more closely with your requirements. If neither option proves satisfactory, you're welcome to cancel the engagement immediately.

Would it be acceptable for me to participate in the development process?

Absolutely. Metro Midas operates on Agile principles, ensuring continuous involvement of the "client – product owner" throughout the software development process.
Recognizing that the development process varies for each project, we provide regular updates on progress, from ideation to deployment, through Sprints. You'll have direct interaction with the developer, receiving daily updates. Our daily scrum meetings encompass adaptive planning, continuous improvement, implementation, and swift response to changes.

What hiring engagement options does Metro Midas offer?

We offer three pricing and hiring engagement models for product development:

Dedicated Developer - Monthly Basis:
160 Hours a Month. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Hourly Basis:
We utilize time tracking tools such as Time Doctor and Hubstaff for accurate time tracking.

Time and Material Base:
Share your project requirements with our team. We'll assess your needs and provide a detailed estimation of the project, including time, cost, and project roadmap.

What is Metro Midas' contingency plan for resources? In case my current resource becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or plans to leave the organization?

No need to fret. With our team of 50+ Metro Midas members, we ensure to handle all necessary arrangements, providing you with a smooth development experience and minimizing any potential complications.

Will you designate a dedicated "Project Manager – Scrum Master" as the primary point of contact?

A dedicated project manager – Scrum master will be allocated for the duration of our engagement. They will serve as your main point of contact for any assistance, queries, or issue resolutions you may require.

Which project management tools are utilized by your team?

We utilize industry-standard project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Pivotal Tracker, Asana, and Slack. These platforms allow you to track developer productivity and monitor daily project progress. You can create tasks, assign work, and oversee development progress seamlessly.

Do you guarantee the security and confidentiality of our intellectual property?

You can be confident that you will retain complete ownership of your project. This encompasses aspects such as NDA adherence, copyright, source code, and intellectual property rights.

What if I am dissatisfied with the performance of the hired developer and wish to terminate the engagement?

Rest assured, such a scenario is highly unlikely as client satisfaction is our utmost priority. However, should the need arise, either party can terminate the contract with or without cause by providing a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) written notice to the other party. Following termination, Metro Midas will issue a termination invoice for the work completed up to that point, which the client must settle within 3 business days.
This invoice will detail all outstanding work and completed tasks up to the termination date. Upon termination, all completed work will be provided to the client in a usable electronic format.

Will the resources I hire be accessible in my time zone?

we can arrange for the hired resources to be available according to your schedule. You can collaborate with them at your convenience to accomplish tasks effectively.

Do you offer support and maintenance services post-deployment?

Certainly, we offer support and maintenance services following the successful completion of your project. Our post-deployment services encompass bug fixes, framework upgrades, continuous monitoring, and technical issue resolution to enhance your product.
